Fetch Travel Terms and Conditions of Membership:

Great! You are ready to become a member. Before you do, let’s cover all the legal aspects. I know, I know, it’s not fun, but has to be done. Please read that you understand the following Terms and Conditions (in the language it is presented in below), and we will get your membership started. By clicking the box when entering your member information, it will serve as your agreement to the terms and conditions.  

By becoming a member you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following:

1. My annual membership with Fetch Travel, LLC begins on the day that I sign up and is effective through the day prior to that date on the following year. (Example: I sign up on November 20, 2024. My membership is effective until November 19, 2025).  
2. I understand that Fetch Travel, LLC cannot provide a membership to potential clients that reside in the following states: California, Florida, Hawaii, and Washington. I acknowledge that I do not reside in any of the aforementioned states.  
3. I understand that Fetch Travel, LLC must be notified when/if I relocate and choose to reside in the states of California, Florida, Hawaii, and Washington. Any financial penalties that any of the aforementioned states levy against Fetch Travel, LLC or its affiliates that are accrued will be paid by member if member fails to notify Fetch Travel, LLC of their relocation. I also understand that the annual membership will be terminated immediately upon notifying Fetch Travel, LLC and upon their relocation to any of the aforementioned states and no refunds (full or partial) of any annual membership charges will be refunded to the member.  Annual membership fees and all subsequent renewal fees  are collected by Fetch Travel, LLC.
4. Fetch Travel, LLC's  travel fulfillment provider, Arrivia, contracts with multiple properties, multiple car rental companies, multiple cruise lines, and many other travel related service companies and it contracts with multiple brands. I agree to abide by the reservation rules that are presented to me when I complete and provide payment for the reservation when making reservations on the platform. I understand that reservation rules can vary greatly based on the property and/or type of travel that I reserve. The reservation is made with the vendor  that I am booking with, not with Fetch Travel, LLC and it is completely understood that Fetch Travel, LLC is not responsible for any misunderstanding on member's or guest of member’s part nor is Fetch Travel, LLC responsible for issuing any compensation to member or guest of member for any reason related to reservations on the platform.  
5. Customer Service is provided in many forms. Phone, email, online chat (on the member platform).  I agree to contact Customer Service to service my account and abide by the hours they are in operation and provide services.
6. I understand the 110% Price Match Guarantee does not apply to Airfare/Flights (payable by Arrivia).
7. Rewards Credits earned are issued by and their use and redemption value are solely the responsibility of the fulfillment company and not issued by Fetch Travel, LLC. Rewards credits may be used within a 10 year period as long as annual membership fees are current. Should I not renew my membership, I will forfeit any and all reward credits earned and the monetary value they represent will also be forfeited. 
8. There can be no changes made to who is listed as the primary and who is listed as the secondary member on an account at anytime in the future. I am sure that who I have listed as primary on my account is accurate.
9. If I am signing up under the Initial Launch Phase Period, I understand that the current Annual Fetch Travel, LLC membership  is reduced from $1,399  to  $699.  Once I choose to renew my membership for $699 for 5 consecutive years, beginning on my 6th year, my annual  membership will be reduced to $399 per subsequent year and is guaranteed to never go higher than $399 per year as long as I, the member, continue to renew each subsequent/consecutive year for $399 on an annual basis. Should I, the member not renew a given year, then choose to renew at a later time in the future, I the member would be subject to pay the then current annual membership price and the Guaranteed  membership renewal price of $399 would be forfeited. In other words, I understand my loyalty of renewing on a consecutive basis is being recognized by offering me a discounted renewal for the first 5 years and a guaranteed further discounted renewal beginning year 6 for as long as I continue to renew on an annual basis. I understand that this is an annual membership and I am under no obligation to renew after any annual membership term has expired.  
10. After the Launch Phase Offer period, The Annual Fetch Travel, LLC  membership is currently priced at $1,399. Once a member has renewed for $1,399 for 5 consecutive years, beginning on their 6th year, their annual  membership will be reduced to $799 per subsequent year. Should a member not renew a given year, then choose to renew at a later time in the future, the member would be subject to pay the then current annual membership price.  I understand that this is an annual membership and I am under no obligation to renew after any annual membership term has expired. 
11. Fetch Travel, LLC will contact member via email, phone, and/or text within 60 Days of their current membership expiration date as a courtesy to collect current payment information to renew their membership so that they can renew without interruption and take advantage of the loyalty discounts offered by renewing in consecutive years should member choose to renew.  
12. I understand that this is an annual membership and I am under no obligation to renew after any annual membership term has expired.  Fetch Travel, LLC subscriber may choose to not renew their membership by not paying for another annual Fetch Travel, LLC subscription. Once a member initially signs up or renews, their membership will last for 12 months. There is no partial or full refund for a given year whether the member makes reservations and/or uses the platform or whether they don’t. Example: Member signs up or renews on September  20, 2024. They choose not to make reservations and in April 2025 request for their membership to be cancelled and for half their annual membership be refunded. This will not happen. Their membership will not end until September 19, 2025 and no funds will be refunded. Should they choose to not renew by September  19, 2025, their membership privileges will be forfeited at that time and their financial obligation is complete. It’s that simple and easy to exit. There’s nothing to sell, there’s nothing to transfer. When you want to stop saving, stop renewing. Simple and Easy.  
13. As per our Privacy Policy, Fetch Travel, LLC will not sell your information to any third parties.
14. When contacting Customer service, the email address I used when signing up will be used to identify my account.
15.  By becoming a member, I am acknowledging I have read, understand, and agree to all of the Terms and Conditions contained within in the language it was provided.  By clicking I agree, this will serve as my signature.

Q: How many reservations can I make each year?  

A: Unlimited reservations are allowed each year. Travel as much as you’d like and enjoy the savings.

Q: What will my annual membership charges be down the road?  

A: If you sign up during our launch phase, we guarantee that the cost of your membership will not only remain the same, but actually reward your loyalty and your membership will decrease the longer you remain a member. Should you, the member not renew a given year, then choose to renew at a later time in the future, you the member, would be subject to pay the then current annual subscription price and the guaranteed  membership renewal price of $399 would be forfeited.
